The system will be available as a Service User-only version with additional Staff and Business options.

Here is the list of all your Service Users. It can be filtered and sorted by Name, Funding Authority and Service Area.

You also have information on Review Date.

For easy navigation, all of the links to every component of the Service User's care are arranged around this circle.

From the bottom clockwise they are: Basic Information, Care Plan, Contacts, Daily Logs, Event Log, Therapies, Files, MAR, Risk Assessments, PEEP, Diary and Funding Information.

Therapists have secure, permanent, non-editable record keeping.

These electronic SOAP notes can be used by community or staff therapists and are sortable and searchable.

They can be printed out for annual filing and archiving if neccessary.

Risk Assessments are very easy to complete.

As long as you know Severity and Likelihood, the form will automatically score the risk for you.

They can be printed or viewed in a traditional matrix if your service requires it.
